In celebration of Scotland ’s strong ties with Quebec come and dance the afternoon away in this special event featuring musicians from both sides of the Atlantic. Leading the charge from Quebec are festival favourites Le Vent du Nord along with the cream of Québécois trad musicians including Catherine Landry, Charles Labrèche, Elisabeth Moquin and Véronique Plasse on fiddles, Timi Turmel on accordion and caller Mélina Mauger to keep you right on the dances! Adding some well-known Scottish ceilidh dances is one of Scotland’s top dance band leaders Alasdair MacCuish with his trio.
