Her first solo album, Outside Child, won singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, poet and activist Allison Russell a raft of honours including three Grammy Award nominations, the Juno Award for Contemporary Roots Album of the Year, and the 2022 Americana Music Association’s Album of the Year Award.

The Canadian artist raises her voice with even more power and purpose in her follow-up album, The Returner – giving a soulful expression of Black liberation, Black love, and Black self-respect. Featuring a ‘Rainbow Coalition’ of all-female musicians and special guest appearances from the legendary Wendy & Lisa, Brandi Carlile, Brandy Clark, and Hozier, the album affirms Russell’s place among contemporary music’s most vital artists.

Eyve is a singer/rapper based in Glasgow.  Eyve's passion for music is an integral part of her identity. She finds solace in creating and performing music, and it has been a constant source of positivity and inner peace throughout her life.
