Celtic Connections 2024
A concert featuring a selection of winners and finalists of the BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year Competition from 2020, 2021 and 2022. For over 20 years, the Traditional Music & Song Association of Scotland (TMSA) has been bringing together these groups of outstanding young musicians to create a unique mix of new material and innovative arrangements of traditional tunes and songs. This ‘supergroup’ is due to be co-ordinated by Anna Massie (a former winner of the competition). As well as performing at Celtic Connections, a tour is planned to visit various locations around the country during 2024.
