Juliette Lemoine and Chris Amer are each accomplished contributors to Glasgow’s fertile folk-jazz crossover movement. Juliette’s 2023 album Soaring was shortlisted for the Scottish Album of the Year, while Chris has established himself as a unique musician, characterised by a thoughtful, musically intelligent playing style. Together, in a unique cello and tenor guitar duo, they explore traditional Scottish music with energy and originality.

Orkney (Scotland) fiddler Louise Bichan and Indiana (USA) mandolinist Ethan Setiawan present a collaboration and meeting of their musical worlds in Hildaland. A path steeped in the traditions of their respective sides of the Atlantic, Bichan’s fiddle is a melodic foil to Setiawan’s harmonic depth.

Lauren Collier is a fiddle player and singer based in Glasgow. Her band's 2023 debut album features songs and tunes which Lauren has collected from around the world. The fresh compositions and arrangements, combined with technology, create a blend of music encompassing flavours of traditional, world and electronic music.
