The Tiree Association, one of Glasgow’s Island Associations, brings a stirring night of Tiree Songs and Music.
Three of Scotland’s best loved Gaelic singers: James Graham (BBC Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2004), Wilma Kennedy, Rachel Walker, along with “local” singers from the island, sing the songs composed by Tiree’s many Bards and collected in the book called Na Baird Thirisdeach (The Tiree Bards).
Accompanying them are members of both Skipinnish and Skerryvore – Tiree’s best ceilidh band exports to the British Mainland.
Fees:
A transaction charge of £1 applies to all phone and online bookings.
