Celtic Connections is a festival packed full of great gigs and exciting events and we want you to enjoy as many as you can.
Buy the Celtic Connections Discount Card and save money on all festival events including concerts, workshops, talks and even the Festival Club! You could start to see savings after purchasing tickets for just 3 concerts, and the more tickets you buy, the more money you save.
You can buy a discount card which is valid for either one or two tickets per event and if you use it before the end of 27th December – the savings are even better.

Help & Information
To help you get the most out of your discount card please read the following information paying particular attention to the 'Appropriate Use' and 'Terms and Conditions' sections.
We recommend buying your Discount Card online; that way you'll automatically be able to use it to purchase discounted tickets via the website and phone. Whether you buy online, by phone or in person, you'll need need to buy your Discount Card first in one transaction, before buying discounted tickets in subsequent transactions.
To buy your Discount Card online click the 'Buy Online' link above and select which type of card you would like. Remember you'll need to buy your Discount Card first and then purchase your tickets in subsequent transactions.
To buy your Discount Card on the phone call our Box Office on +44 (0)141 353 8000 and ask for your chosen card type. Be sure to ask for your Discount Card before you purchase any tickets.
To use your Discount Card online simply click 'Book Online' then follow the 'Discount Card holder?' link – be sure to log in with the same email address that's registered to the card. You will now be able to see the appropriate discounts listed on the 'Ticket Selection' page, alternatively if you selected your own seats from the plan you should click the 'Change Discounts' link on the 'Shopping Basket' page. Discounts are not automatically applied to tickets you have in your basket. If the discounts are not available to you online your Discount Card may not be linked to the account you are logging in with, in this event please visit www.celticconnections.com/activate and complete the requested details.
To use your Discount Card on the phone please tell the member of Box Office staff assisting you that you wish to use your Discount Card at the start of the sale; this will help us keep your call as quick as possible.
To use your Discount Card in person visit the festival's official Box Office located in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and let your server know that you would like to use your Discount Card.
The Celtic Connections Discount Card is designed to enable you to attend a wide variety of events. Each card entitles you to buy either one (Discount Card) or two (Discount Card Plus) discounted tickets to any event at the festival. Using your card to purchase additional discounted tickets above these per-card limits is not permissible. In the event of these ticket limits being exceeded for any event we will contact you and request that you pay the full price for any additional tickets, however, please note that we also reserve the right to cancel any inappropriately discounted tickets.
Tickets purchased with a Discount Card are for the cardholder and where relevant their guest(s) use only. You may be asked to present your Discount Card when collecting or using discounted tickets to gain entry to the venue.
Where Discount Cards are Accepted: discounted tickets for every event at the festival are available with Discount Card from the official Festival Box Office; in person at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, by calling +44 (0)141 353 8000, or via www.celticconnections.com. Discounts may not be available through other venue box offices or agents selling tickets for Celtic Connections events.
Multiple Discount Cards: while you may purchase multiple Discount Cards to allow you to buy three or more discounted tickets per event, only one Discount Card can be linked to an online account. Therefore, the maximum number of discounted tickets that can be purchased online for any one event is two. If you wish to purchase tickets using multiple Discount Cards please call us on +44 (0)141 353 8000. International visitors planning to book by phone may wish to contact us with a list of events and seating requirements so your tickets may be reserved in advance - please do not include any credit card or payment details as this is not a secure method of communication.
We want the Celtic Connections Discount Card to be easy to use and understand but there are some terms and conditions you should be aware of:
- the Discount Cards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time
- by purchasing a Discount Card you acknowledge that you have read the 'Appropriate Use and Limitations' and agreed to be bound by them
- these terms and conditions are supplemental to any other terms and conditions applicable to tickets or attendance at an event or venue
